The union of public transportation in Western Bahr el Ghazal State condemns the killing of boda boda rider that happened last week in Mboro payam of Wau County.
The chairperson of the Union James Philip Uguak says the ongoing habit of victimizing boda boda rider is not good and it should stop.
He calls on owners of motorcycles to be serious and know whether the person ridding the bike is mature enough.
The chairperson directs boda boda riders to operate within Wau municipal council due to the insecurity situation on roads to nearby villages.
Early this year a boda boda rider was killed and his motor taken in one of the suburbs, another was knifed and last week in Mboro Payam a rider was killed on his way.
The chairperson made the remarks to Voice of Hope Radio on Monday at his office in Wau.
