Coordinator of Relief and Rehabilitation commission in defunct Tonj says a team from United Nation agency launched registration and assessments of internally Displaced persons or IDPs in former Tonj South County and part of western Bhar el ghazel.
Moses Athian Paul stresses the teams will go to all areas that were affected by the internal conflict.
Former Tonj South County has 13 centers in different locations where the IDPs will assemble to receive their supports, he adds.
The coordinator mentions the team will work together with RRC office to make sure all displaced persons receive distributions.
However the RRC office did not clarify how many IDPs are in need of food assistance.
The official was speaking to Don Bosco Radio this week in Tonj.
