Wau Municipal Council in collaboration with Ministry of Local Government and Law Enforcement concluded training of officers covering local governance system, skills and capacity building of administrative officers.
Julio Emmanuel Mama, Executive Director of the Council expected to see changes and improvement in the work of administrative officers after the training, Voice of Hope radio reported.
Emmanuel hopes that next time the training will be conducted in the counties.
Participants explained that they have gained knowledge on what they did not know before especially in knowing their rights and duties.
The local governance system, skills and capacity building training brought together 65 administrative officers.
