Caritas Yei distributes seeds and agricultural tools to the internally displaced persons or IDPs in the area.
Emergency Coordinator Angelo Diuk told Radio Easter that previously seeds and tools were distributed to 1,960 farmers around Yei.
He explains the outbreak of COVID 19 interrupted their activities to reach out to more people.
Diuk urges the IDPs not to sell their seeds and tools but instead make use of the plots given to them by carrying out cultivation.
Meanwhile Sub Chief Henry Lotiyu acknowledges the seeds and agricultural tools and appeals for more seeds for next season.
About 984 households received the seeds and agricultural tools distributed by Caritas Yei office.
