A Ugandan national died on Saturday night in Hai Jalaba after being hit by a wall fence while sleeping in his rented room.
Relative of the deceased told Bakhita radio that their brother was found dead covered in flood of water and debris of the collapsed wall.
Some residents from different parts of Juba share their grievances due to the damages caused by the heavy down pour.
They call upon well-wishers to give them relief assistance such as tents for shelter.
Experts have predicted heavy rainfall for March, April and May in most parts of the greater horn of Africa.
