The Episcopal Diocese of Yei conducts corona virus awareness training to pastors.
Speaking to Radio Easter Diocesan Secretary General David Luate explains pastors from the archdeaconries of Agenbi, Nyori, Mongo Longamere and Yei to be trained on the signs and symptoms of the deadly virus.
He adds the Church is doing its best in fighting the global pandemic by ensuring physical distance among religious leaders while carrying out their duties.
The secretary general reminds the pastors to visit their communities to pray in groups of three when need be.
Meanwhile the dean of Immanuel Cathedral Pastor Richard Ali says the training targets 100 pastors.
Pastor Richard explains the Church wants people to adhere to the preventive measures and the fight against coronavirus needs collective responsibilities.
