The fifteen contacts of the first COVID-19 patient in Wau Western Bahr el Ghazal will be released from quarantine centre if their period ends and their results delays in Juba.
Chairperson of state high level taskforce committee Remijo Hussein Saverio told Voice of Hope Radio that the medical team will discharge those in the isolation centre if their period ends and they do not show signs.
He added that samples from these people were sent to Juba for testing, but the result has not been announced yet.
Hussein advised citizens to avoid visiting those at quarantine centers because they might contract the virus.
The Secretary-General was speaking to Voice of Hope Radio in Wau.
