The peace meeting among communities of former Tonj South County finished successfully, confirmed Samuel Matur, secretary of Akac –Akac Peace Committee.
He disclosed that the committee resolved reopening of all roads blocked due to conflict among communities to allow free movement of the people, Don Bosco Radio reported.
The secretary said committee noted that land ownership is the biggest problem and the root cause of disagreements among communities in Tonj.
He added that the committee also realized that the cattle keepers have the same guns with government armed forces.
