He adds influx of people to urban areas due to insecurity in villages contributes to high rate of unemployment, crimes and corruption in public institutions.
Joseph Mabor Academic Registrar at the university says to address such issues there is need for awareness rising among young people.
He urges national government to carryout massive disarmament across the country to give peace and development a chance.
