South Sudan discharge first two corona patient

The Ministry of Health discharged first two cases of coronavirus from the quarantine center in Juba and Torit on Monday.
 
Undersecretary of the ministry, Dr Makur Matur Koriom told the press that patient Karaba Juma was cooperative with medical team at isolation center and the team tracing his contacts.
 
He adds two patients have been discharged in Juba and Torit.
 
Karaba Juma shared his experience on how the medical team was so friendly during his recovery.
 
He adds he had been suffering from high blood pressure but with the medication, he recovered.
 
Juma advises public other patients to report themselves and to the medical team for proper management of the virus.
 
Juma appeals to South Sudanese to observe the precautionary measures in particular physical distancing.
 
The undersecretary stresses that the country has two patients on critical condition but with support treatment they are stable.
 
The health official reiterates that many of the patients are asymptomatic.
 
The speakers made the statement during the discharge of COVID-19 patient on Monday at Dr. John Garang Infectious disease unit in Juba.
