‘Formation of revitalized government is not reform’ says activist

A civil society activist in Yei says the formation of revitalized government of national unity in February does not signify reforms as expected from the politicians.
 
Speaking to Radio Easter, Executive Director for Yamora organization Justoson Victor Yuasa wonders why competent politicians are not being represented in the new government.
 
Justoson explains the fight for reforms by parties are not being shown in the currently incomplete government.
 
Victor cites the recent defection of the generals from SPLA-IO to SSPDF shows lack of satisfaction in the current government.
 
The activist expects an active parliament since all ministerial positions were appointed.
 
The executive director urges the presidency to appoint state governors and county commissioners as soon as possible to address issues of crimes and insecurity at state level.
