Education Ministry launches new curriculum in Tonj

The Ministry of General Education and Instruction in collaboration with World Vision South Sudan in defunct Tonj State has launched distribution of new curriculum in the Town.
 
World Vision Education Officer Gabriel Mawien Dut says the textbooks are brought according to different classes for primary and secondary schools, Don Bosco Radio reports.
 
Mawien advises learners to use the books properly to benefit them in future.
 
The Education Officer appeals to students and pupils to make good use of the books.
 
Ministry of Education Director General, Manyang Tak Athuai also calls on teachers and students to take good care of the books to last longer.
 
Students’ representative from Royal progressive Academy Mayol Yel expresses his happiness to the government of South Sudan for bringing new curriculum.
 
He says the new curriculum will reduce or stop the use of books from neighbouring countries’.
 
Yel promises to make proper use of the books.
 
They were speaking to Don Bosco Radio during the launch of new curriculum on Tuesday in Tonj.
