The community of Agangarial has proposed the opening of a high school in their parish of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek.
The proposal was unveiled on Friday as the community was welcoming Catholic Diocesan Coordinator Monsignor John Mathiang and his team of Education department.
Good News Radio quoted him appreciating the people of Agangrial for proposing the opening of the school and encouraged them to continue supporting the initiative to bear fruits in the future.
Kai Malieny who talked on behalf of the community stressed that there was real need to have a secondary school in their area.
Rumbek Catholic Diocese Education Field Coordinator Robinson Odong Wani said the commitment of people to support the establishment will be helpful to them and the nation.
