The South Sudan NGO Forum celebrates and thanks the President, First Vice President and all signatories to the Revitalised Peace Agreement for the formation of the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity.
The Forum said the government is a vital historic step for political leaders to demonstrate a lasting commitment to peace and provide public services to all South Sudanese.
South Sudan NGO Forum remains committed to serve persons in need and looks forward to stronger collaboration with the Revitalised Transitional Government of National Unity.
It said the revitalized will enable members of the NGO Forum to reach the most vulnerable across South Sudan where there is need.
The South Sudan NGO Forum hopes that the formation of a new Transitional Government of National Unity will allow for the easing of bureaucratic impediments,.
It also hope that the new government will allow protection of humanitarian assets, and enhancing the safety of aid workers for effective delivery of humanitarian and resilience interventions and assistance.
The Forum said the suffering of the people of South Sudan will be averted and that South Sudan will grow towards self-reliance for food security.
