South Sudan Ministry of Federal Affairs Richard K Mulla brought an outreach program about Federalism system of governance, saying it is a popular demand of many South Sudanese.

The program was made in Jonglei, to represent greater upper Nile region, Torit to represent greater Equatoria and now in Wau to represent Bhar El Ghazal region.

The country has been in a decentralized system of governance which K Mulla says did not help the people.

K Mulla adds that after Wau, a final national debate about Federalism will take place in Juba.

The official was speaking during the debate organized by the ministry of federal affairs about Federalism at the ministry of education hall in Wau.
