Over one thousand young people including the elders on Friday gathered at Sacred Heart Parish to celebrate the feast of St Don Bosco in Tonj.
During the mass, Fr. Benjamin Madol said St Don Bosco was a fruitful priest people should follow, especially the Salesians congregation.
He said St Don Bosco was the shepherd of the young people who worked hard to bring them up in good morals, Don Bosco Radio reports.
Fr. Madol said Don Bosco’s mission became successfully through the help of Jesus Christ and Mary.
The priest advised Christians to humble themselves in all their duties and follow the Bible.
Fr. Benjamin appreciated the Salesians congregation for educating young people especially South Sudanese.
