Police says a sixteen-year-old boy allegedly blown himself off with a hand grenade on Wednesday at Domoloto Payam of Wulu County in Rumbek.
Police spokesman Captain Elijah Mabor Makuac says the boy sustains injuries from the exploded grenade.
He explains that the boy got an old grenade near the bushes and started playing with it till it busted off.
Captain Mabor says the boy is now under treatment at Domuloto Primary Health Care.
He warns the public against picking any old arm-ammunition without reporting it to police.
The Police Spokesman was speaking to Radio Good News on Thursday in Rumbek, Western Lakes State.
