Torit Governor visits Bira Payam to disseminate peace agreement

Torit State Governor Tobiolo Alberio Oromo on Monday visited Bira Payam to disseminate the revitalized peace agreement to enlighten people on its progress.
 
Governor Press Secretary Oringa John Godfrey said Torit Alberio enlightened the communities in the area on chapter one and two of the agreement.
 
He said lack of network in the area has made flow of communication difficult. ‘the government is working hard to establish network in the area.
 
‘The revitalized agreement right now going on as first page which it’s so much significant the first, the first page which is so much significant of which it act so paramount for us all is security arrangement going there thanking them and also informing them about the progress is paramount because that place has no network we are trying by all means to establish network’, he said.
 
John quoted the governor telling the local community communities in the area to work for peace and unity in the state.
 
He said the governor assured Bira community of government commitment to form transitional government of national unity on stipulated date.
 
‘Many people who are anti-peace element don’t appreciate they go there to geodesy the community saying there is nothing so his going there is to tell them that there is peace agreement going on we are left with some few days like transitional government of national unity will be form and there is no more war and you people should know that we have reach here now all the forces of IO are in area for training for unification of forces to become one force including south Sudan people defense force’, he explained.
