State Minster of Physical Infrastructure confirms the reconstruction of Wau airport to upgrade it to meet a better standard.
John Peter Miskin says the ministry met with a committee last week that came from Juba to design and reconstruct the airport.
Peter says his office is yet to agree on the evacuation of citizens living near the airport.
He says the ministry is not threatening any citizen, but urging them to be ready for evacuation at anytime.
Minister Peter adds that the citizens will be allotted new plots before they are evacuated.
He says development comes when there is cooperation from the state citizens and the government.
