The catholic bishop of Yei urged officials to carry out their tasks with responsibility until they hand them over to their successors.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe made this statement today at the handover of the head of communications office and the diocesan secretary-general, Easter Radio reported.Fr. Emmanuel Sebit Lodongo is the new official in charge taking over from Fr. Arike Joseph, who was appointed rector of the minor seminary in Lomin.
Bishop Lodu urged the staff from the diocese to continue with their good work and thanked Fr. Arike for the effort he put in all these years of hard work.
The Bishop appealed to the radio staff to maintain cordial and cooperative relations with their new director and among themselves.
Bishop Lodu congratulated the staff for their good work adding that despite the challenges, they should not give up but endure with courage.
