Tonj State Acting Police Commissioner Joseph Mayei Aru confirmed to Don Bosco Radio that police 70 officers joined other organized force to be transported to Wau cantonment sites for formation of unification.
He said the70 personnel are from police force apart from other organized force that’s wildlife fire brigade and prison services according to the state.
The Acting Police Commissioner assured the public that they are on process of sending the remaining forces to cantonment site, because they are supposed to send 260 police personnel.
He added that the selection of forces includes males and females across the country.
Mayei also assures civilians that there is still enough forces to maintain security in the town.
The Acting police commissioner spoke to Don Bosco Radio on Wednesday in his office in Tonj.
