Government of Western Lakes State on Wednesday distributed food ratios to three hundred and ninety people living with disabilities in Rumbek.
Good News Radio reported that the food items include sorghum, beans, oil and salt.
Albino Chol Mapuor, chairperson for people living with disability in the state, thanked the governor for the initiative.
Governor Mahmoud Solomon Deer urged the people with disabilities to continue pursuing their dreams despite physical impairment.
The initiative comes as the donation from the government of South Africa to combat hunger from the people living with disability in Western Lakes.
