The Primate of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan Archbishop Justin Badi Arama called on South Sudanese to love one another during Christmas celebrations and practically demonstrate it to restore hope.
Anglican leader in his Christmas message said ‘Christmas is the celebration of God’s gift of love to the world’.
He prayed that South Sudan forget their hatred and divisions and reconcile with one another and encourage national leaders to work together in implementing the revitalized agreement in love and sincerity of hearts.
Archbishop said ‘may the joy of this new born child Jesus Christ fill our hearts and may his peace prevail in our nation of South Sudan’.
The message was issued on the Christmas eve in Juba.
