The Episcopal Church of South Sudan on Friday distributed food items to hundreds of people who were affected by flood a month ago.
Speaking to Don Bosco Radio, Bishop Peter Yol says the donation came from evangelical faith community who promised to support vulnerable people in the country.
Bishop Yol explains that items distributed include sag of flour, beans and a tin of cooking oil.
Meanwhile minister of gender child and social welfare Gai Manyoun appreciates the ECSS diocese for supporting the victims of floods.
Atong Agei one of the beneficiary appreciates the support by the ECS diocese.
She recalled that all her crops were destroyed in the floods.
