Public prosecution in Rumbek Lakes State has dismissed a case of two suspects who were arrested following the death of a 23 year old businessman, Charles Mwumbasa Bahdi.

It cites lack of credible evidence against the suspects.

On 15-October-2019, Peter Adema Anglo and Emmanuel David Mbolo were detained after the body of the deceased was found inside his hotel room with a rope around his neck.

According to a document seen by Good News Radio, ‘preliminary procedure under section 53 of South Sudan penal code act 2008, public attorney Michael Wada dismissed the case due to lack of proper information’.

The statement says the complainant has a right to appeal if not satisfied with the decision.
