South Sudan Civil Society Forum has issued a roadmap for the one hundred days extension of the pre-transitional period.
The document highlights observation in slow implementation of the R-ARCSS, benchmarks, measure of success and monitoring plan for next steps.
It adds that the success of the extended period will be determined by the time, effort and resources that the parties invest in the implementation process.
The Incumbent-TGoNU has the primary responsibility to fund the process.
The document adds that the responsibility to convene meetings, discuss and resolve outstanding and emerging issues of the R-ARCSS lies upon the parties.
Only when they deliver on this responsibility, can there be a real assurance of success in the new extension, the statement reads in parts.
