The incorporation of 100 days led the National Assembly to adjourn the presentation of the report on the transitional constitution on Monday, says Paul Yoane Bonju Chairperson of the Committee of Information in the Parliament.

He describes the delay as a positive interruption because they also want to incorporate the three months transitional period.

MPs rejected the amendment bill because the 100 days was not included in text, MP Bonju explains.

He adds that presentation will be effective from the day of the adjustment
