The extension of the formation of the transitional government by 100 days is not intended to harm the Revitalized Peace Agreement, Emmanuel Adil Anthony Yei River State Governor told the media on Saturday.
He said the delay of the implementations is because some of the factors of the agreement have not been completed.
Adil explained that all parties are fully committed to the implementation of the revitalized agreement.
Other signatories to the agreement who were not part of the Kampala meeting will be called by IGAD to endorse the reached document, explained the governor.
The governor was briefing the media in his office on Saturday in Yei River State.
