Women of Civil Society network Organization in Wau State had mixed sentiments on 12 November formation of transitional government in South Sudan.
According to Voice of Hope Radio, Linda Ferdinand representing the Network doubted formation of the new government because of the hanging issues like security arrangements and numbers states and unification of forces.
She added that because of obstacles between the two leaders that is why the neighbouring countries are trying to help them.
Ms Ferdinand urged the two leaders to look at citizens’ sufferings and not on their interests so that peace, stability and security prevail in South Sudan.
She added that extension of the formation will affect economic growth and security of the country.
President Salva Kiir and Dr Riek Machar on Thursday agreed in Kampala, Uganda to extend the pre-transitional period with hundred days to resolve outstanding issues on the security arrangements and number of states and boundaries.
