Social Development body trains over 30 persons on food processing

Social Development organization in Kauda, of the Nuba Mountains region trains 35 people on local food processing.
 
During the closing ceremony of the training, the governor of the Nuba Mountains Anur Saleh encourages his secretariats to be resourceful and creative as the government supports them.
 
The facilitator of the workshop Sarah Adam Kuku says the training was successful with 35 participants, including seven men.
 
She mentions that they managed to process and dry some local food during the five days training.
 
The previous first trial of locally processed food lasted for 11 months, the facilitator confirms.
 
Juma Adam Magada, one of the participants, mentions that they have learnt a lot of things during the training.
 
The ceremonial end of the workshop was marked with presentation of different food and soft drinks which were processed locally during the five-day training in Kauda.
