SOUTH SUDAN POLICE REAFFIRMS COOPERATION WITH NORTH

The South Sudan Inspector General of Police re-affirmed that the force will continue to cooperate with the North regardless of the referendum results.

Tito Acuil told the participants at a media dinner in GoSS Ministry of Internal Affairs yesterday that crime has no boundary and colour and calls for cooperation to secure the whole region, including East Africa, Congo and Ethiopia.

Mr. Acuil said the police will provide a secure South Sudan for all, including expatriates living in the region.

Mr. Acuil called upon the people of south Sudan to cooperate with the police by reporting suspicious activities.
