The Boda-boda riders in Tonj State raised complains against traffic police for charging them allot of money with no proper reason.
Manyang Jock Kachuol, one of the riders, says traffic police charged him with two thousand South Sudanese Pounds for giving his motorcycle to his 17-year-old younger brother.
Peter Lual Piinyi who brought his sick mother to Tonj Hospital for treatment, says traffic police officer Gabriel Majook charged him 1500 Pounds.
The State Director of Traffic Police Joseph Lity Jabu denied the allegations and point that they suddenly caught motorcycles which has no number plate in-order to come and fill the forms.
He cautions that ‘it is that mandate in our institution that whoever found guilty can be charged accordingly, whether you are using motorbike or bicycle no compromise.
The leader made his remarks during an exclusive interview with Don Bosco Radio in Tonj.
