South Sudan law society or SSLS and the civil society network in Eastern Equatoria or CSNEES on Thursday have conducted assessment on access to justice in Torit State
Speaking to Radio Emmanuel, the program officer for SSLS Gasper Amule says the aim of the assessment is to identify the judiciary sector reforms in the state.
He says the assessment also helps to draw recommendations on how access to justice has improved in the area.
Meanwhile a member of Torit State Transitional Legislative Assembly Ochan John Bongomin calls for improved judiciary system in the new government.
Sub chief of morwari area Susan Ading Roben urges people to follow the procedure to justice because nobody is above the law.
Speakers made the remarks during a workshop in Torit.
