The Bishop of Episcopal Church of South Sudan Cueibet Diocese Elijah Matueny Awet on Sunday accused young people of being aggressive to the elderly people.
Good News Radio quoted Bishop Matueny saying young generation have developed spirit of violence towards their guardians and benefactors which makes them easily confront others without genuine problems.
Youth have lost fear of God and that is the reason for committing evil acts in the state, he noted.
Bishop Matueny urged young people to change their attitudes and work hard to help others instead of fighting, composing abusive songs, provoking tribes and stealing.
The Bishop was preaching at St Barnaba Cathedral of Eastern Bahr El Ghazal Province of ECS in Rumbek on Sunday.
