Pastor of Episcopal Church of South Sudan Reverend Gabriel Madit Ater warns believers against adoring idols instead of the Almighty God.
Good News Radio quoted him preaching that worshipping idols brings curses to people.
Reverend Madit also warns Christians against land grabbing.
‘He who worships idles, will be cursed because he or she forgets God who created them. Secondly, if a child doesn’t respect his or her parents or elders, this child will be cursed’, says the Pastor.
He cautions lawmakers against bribery, adding that a judge who corrupts at the expense of orphan’s property is also cursed.
The pastor adds that ‘If any man have sex with his relatives or defile a young girl, this person will immediately be cursed’.
The pastor urges parents to always bring their children to church to know God so they do not commit wrong things.
