The East African Business Council in partnership with the East African Community is organizing the second trade and venture summit on November 28th and 29th 2019 in Arusha, Tanzania.
According to a note CRN saw, the event is alongside the summit of heads of states of the Community.
This year’s meeting is to celebrate 20 years of EAC regional integration and audit achievements, impediments and the future prospects of the incorporation process.
The summit will come up with resolutions which shall be submitted to the EAC Council of Ministers and Heads of States.
The reason for submitting the recommendations is to turn policy into practice and deliver quick wins for the region by facilitating and increasing intra-regional trade and investments.
