The Secretary-General of the South Sudan Council of Churches pleads to the faithful not to give, but continue praying and working for peace.
Fr James Oyet Latansio says South Sudan Council of Churches is working hard to realize total peace in the country, Radio Easter reports.
He regrets that citizens of Yei River State are facing too many challenges because of lack of peace.
He adds that it is hard to move around and do development activities because of the hardship and the insecurity situation.
The priest was giving his message to the Christians at Christ the King Cathedral on Sunday in Yei.
