St Bakhita Girls Primary School lacks toilet, says head teacher

Head teacher of St Bakhita Girls Primary School, James Mayom Rok says his school is facing numerous challenges including lack of toilets.
 
According to Good News Radio, there is no fence and the kitchen for cooking the food for the girls. 
 
He complains that the cooks prepare food for the children under the trees which is unhealthy.
 
Mayom calls upon Diocese of Rumbek Education Department to provide them with toilets for girls and the staff and improve the school in 2020.
 
The head teacher calls for collective support from the community for a better learning place for children.
 
He also reveals that the school is very significant, to the people and it is an obligation to come together and improve the shape of the school.
 
Hellen Yom, one of the teachers at the school, confirms that it is challenging to both girls and teachers as they ease themselves in an open area of the school compound.
 
She calls on the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek to do something for the school.
 
The speakers made the remarks in an exclusive interview with Good News Radio on Wednesday at St Bakhita Girls Primary School premises.
