The militant’s leader General Thomas Cirillo of the National Salvation Front has recognized the call by President Salva Kiir and Dr Riek Machar to join the peace process, says CEPO Executive Director Edmund Yakani.
He appeals to the two principals to take the matter of General Thomas Cirillo seriously and be real for the revitalised peace agreement.
Yakani asks IGAD to form a delegation that will bring the non-signatory to the agreement to meet the leadership and all must have a political will for the implementation.
The activist spoke after the release of the NAS leader on the two principle of the revitalised peace pact call to join the implementation of the agreement with its signatories.
