Diocesan Coordinator of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek Monsignor John Mathiang on Saturday advised the faithful to forgive one another and work hard for a better future in order to enter into the kingdom of God.

Good News Radio quoted him urging participants to react less to hate speeches because those who speak bad have no vision and have failed to unite their families.

Monsignor Mathiang said ‘hate speech is not the cause of conflicts, but how individuals react to hate speech is what creates conflicts’.

Diocesan coordinator made the remarks during the conclusion of the three-day workshop on hate speeche and peace awareness organized by South Sudan Council of Churches in Rumbek.
