Father Jacob Odwa Paul is calling on Christians to behave well while on earth so that they will help themselves because judgment is based on one’s conduct at the end.

He advises faithful to stay away from misconduct to be called true children of God, Radio Emmanuel reports.

He added that having good conduct among faithful helps build good relationship with others.

‘Judgment is based on our conduct when we are still living on the earth, those who do good will go to heaven and those who have failed to do good will go to dominations. And as Christians our mission is to do good as Christ our savior spent His time on earth doing good, so our mission in this world is to spend doing good to our brothers and sisters’, he emphasizes.

The Catholic prelate however says the peace South Sudanese speak about should be eternal one from Christ that last forever.

He discourages people from speaking the word peace with no action

‘The peace Christ speaks is the eternal peace, the peace Christ will give which is lasting not of this world which is full of games, full of trick full of bribery, full of exploitation and many other factors. So as Christians let us follow the mission of Christ of working for the truth peace, the peace Christ will give and even if that will take us to places that will give us pain’, he explains.
