Over 30 young men graduates on gender-based violence prevention

Nonviolent Peace Force Organization in Western Lakes State on Thursday graduated 35 youth on gender based-violence prevention in Mayom County.
 
The training aim is to promote engagement of men and boys in prevention of gender based-violence.
 
Good News Radio quoted Paul Majok Matiok on behalf of the participants appreciating nonviolent teams for training them to fight the practice.
 
He called upon his colleagues to carry on the knowledge to realize positive changes in the communities.
 
Nonviolent Peace Force team leader Rangano Bhakasa, promises to collaborate with them in reducing overloading women and girls for effective equal work in the society.
 
The training that started on May 31 and ended on July 25 in Mayom County, covered issues of socialization to prevent gender based-violence and community outreach.
