Department of traffic police in Western Lakes State launches crackdown on numberless motor bikes in Rumbek town on Friday 
 
Speaking to Good News Radio, deputy director of traffic police Enock Thon Machol says they are arresting unregistered motorcycles to minimize accidents.
 
He points out that despite several announcements on radios, some motorists failed to comply.
 
The deputy director explains the office have enough plates and requests all riders to register their motorbikes for easy identification.
 
Enock urges citizens to renew their plates to avoid any inconveniences on the roads.
 
However, motor riders complain of high payments in the process of getting the number plates
 
They accuse the traffic office of being unfair demanding that there is need for fairness.
 
This is the second crackdown in less than two months in Rumbek town.
 
The speakers made the remarks to Good News Radio at the traffic police station in Rumbek.
