You are not enemies of South Sudan, President Kiir tells disgruntle politicians

South Sudan president calls on country militant oppositions not to consider themselves enemies of the country. The President was speaking during martyr day commemorations of this year.
 
He further reveals that some of the martyrs awarded were killed by their own relatives, and thus we must shun engaging in conflict by all means.
 
Salva Kiir Mayardit told the audience during Martyrs Day anniversary that he does not consider the non-signatories to the revitalise agreement like generals Thomas Cirillo and Paul Malong as enemies.
 
He acknowledge that the country leadership both in government and oppositions is distracted from perusing national progress but rather petty politics and power struggles
 
President Kiir advises the public that there is no need to doubt the resilient, determination and objectives of the country because the next generation journey has just started.
 
He invited all the nation to salute the martyrs for their efforts they had done and to live by their vision.
 
The widow of the late General Kerbino Kuaynin, Angelina Nyandeng Kerbino told the audience that the peace that late Dr John Garang provided was his coffin and now the country signed the peace with its former enemy which is now the best friend.
 
She cautions the officials and the public to avoid killings and assassinating each other and recall the founding fathers’ words before the country’s history repeat itself or lost track to right paths.
 
The officials were speaking during Martyrs Day commemoration at late Dr John Garang Mausoleum.  And then later civil wars martyrs received medals presented by the commander-in-chief of the South Sudan People’s Defence Forces (SSPDF) 
 
South Sudan Nation calendar sets aside July 30th, every year to commemorate and recognise those who lost their lives during the civil war. The day is named Martyrs’ Day.
