South Sudan cannot be great nation without rule of law, says lawyer

A lawyer in Western Lakes State on Monday said South Sudan cannot be a great nation without the implementation of the rule of law.
 
Machar Manyiel through Good News Radio appeals to citizens of Rumbek and South Sudan at large to obey the rule of law to make the country capable to provide equal justice to all.
 
He points out that peaceful life is achieved through following the rule of law.
 
Lawyer Manyiel explains that corruption is the first enemy in any country in the world, but that to reduce and fight it is by ensuring that, the ant-corruption must advocates for reform.
 
A strong civil society with access to information and mandate to oversee the presence of rule of law and performance of government in the state to ensure accountability is effective, he adds.
 
The speaker made the remarks on Monday during talk show in Rumbek.
