Tonj State Police Investigator has confirmed that a 17 year old boy raped a nine year old girl in Manyang-ngok County of Tonj State.
Reporting to Don Bosco Radio, Deng Mabior says he received the information from Manyang -ngok County police station.
The boy is still in police custody for investigation before he is taken to high court, he adds.
Mabior calls upon the girl’s parents to be patient to allow police to handle the issue.
The boy accepts the accusation against him, but says it was an agreement.
Don Bosco Radio could not reach parents of both children for comments.
