Ajang urges all drivers to have kindness in case of accidents by taking injured persons to the nearby hospital to be rescued.
He points out that all vehicles and motorcycles should be licensed in order to know their owners and for future record on accidents.
The administrator of traffic police made the remarks to Voice of Hope Radio in Wau on Thursday.
