Yusto Baba Dema Lukudu says the day calls on all citizens to love one another, work together and stick to fully implement the Revitalized Peace Agreement.
He congratulates president Salva Kiir Mayardit for working very hard in order to see the day celebrated countrywide.
The Acting Governor was speaking to Radio Easter while giving his independence message to citizens of Yei River State on Tuesday.
