Yei Local Football Association lacks laws and general regulations, according to the Secretary-General of South Sudan Local Football Association.
If they were legal, the Association would remove the executive committee and bring in steering committee to prepare for elections, Anthony John Lau explains.
The secretary-general appeals to businessmen and women, government, the ministry of youth and sport to support sport clubs.
He also asks the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure to give plots to clubs to establish their offices.
The secretary-general was in Yei to resolve the uprising issues between Yei Local Football Association and managers of clubs.
