African Jesuits Aids Network on Thursday started four-day training for youth on HIV/AIDS prevention programme in Rumbek, Western Lakes State.
According to Good News Radio, Saint Teresa Parish of the Catholic Diocese of Rumbek organized the training under the theme: ‘A happy generation’.
Facilitator Pascalina Sergon believes that the training will help young people with knowledge which they could share with their fellow youth who have not attended the workshop.
Sergon appeals to the government and the community to support individual action that can help to fight the disease in the country.
The speaker made the remarks to Good News Radio during the workshop on Thursday in Rumbek.
